I absolutely adored the charming decor of Sally Gardens Cottage. The cozy furnishings and beautiful touches made it feel like a true home away from home. The general areas of the cottage were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and spending time with family. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the easy accessibility of the cottage. It was thoughtfully designed with ramps and wide doorways, making it incredibly convenient for me to navigate with my walker.

The only thing I would have asked for to make the vacation even better for senior people is a little more assistance from the children working there. While the cottage itself was wonderful, there were a few small tasks that I struggled with on my own.

The area where the holiday home is located offers amazing hiking opportunities. I felt like I was on my own adventure, exploring the beautiful surroundings and soaking in the fresh air.

Curtain pole fell on my disabled mother-in-law.

The cottage is absolutely stunning and the gardens are so peaceful, it's the perfect place to relax. The cottage itself has everything you could possibly need for a self-catering stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine and dishwasher. The stone brick interior adds to the charming cottage feel. The bed is incredibly comfortable and having two en-suites is a fantastic bonus. We were thrilled that the cottage is pet-friendly, as we were able to bring our two cats who loved the stay. The cleanliness of the cottage was impeccable, with plenty of hand sanitizers throughout. Eddie, our host, was professional and welcoming. We can't wait to come back in the future and thank you for such a lovely stay.

We enjoyed a wonderful 5 nights at Sally Gardens Cottage in July. The cottage is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped, providing a real home from home feel. It had absolutely everything we needed as a family. We loved the space outdoors and enjoyed our meals in the garden, whilst our daughter played happily. Fantastic BBQ. Brilliant location to explore County Down by car. Quiet, peaceful evenings watching the sunset were our absolute favorite. Host was easily contacted and communication was great.
